Why I Started Ivory Pines

My mom has run her own cleaning business for over a decade, and I spent years by her side. From family homes to office spaces, I learned what real care and high attention to detail looked like.

So when it came time to hire help for my own home, I had high standards — and quickly realized how hard it was to find cleaners who truly delivered.

Most services I tried were inconsistent. And almost all of them used harsh chemicals I didn’t want in my home.

After moving to Raleigh, I saw the same gaps here. That’s why I started Ivory Pines — to provide the same level of care and attention to detail that I gave to my mom’s clients and my own home, without ever compromising on quality or health.

Yes, all of our cleaners are insured, experienced, background-checked, and full-time staff.

The time needed depends on the size of your home, the condition, and the type of service you choose. When we provide a quote, we always include a clear time estimate — so you know exactly what to expect.

We use a variety of natural, non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products, including Branch Basics. All of the products we use are free from sulfates, phosphates, phthalates, parabens, VOCs, SLS, SLES, petroleum solvents, dyes, synthetic fragrances, and endocrine disruptors. If you have any specific products you would like for us to use, please let us know.

Yes, we assign the same trusted cleaner or team to your home unless you request otherwise.

We serve Raleigh and surrounding areas. Including Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Durham and more.

Not at all. Many of our clients aren’t. You can provide entry instructions and we’ll handle the rest, just as if you were there. And if you work from home, we keep noise to a minimum so we do not disturb you.

For the most efficient and effective clean, we ask that you please pick up any personal belongings before we arrive.

We do not offer carpet cleaning, biohazard cleaning, floor refinishing, moving furniture over 25lbs, cleaning electronics (television screens, computers, tablets), cleaning musical instruments, cleaning animal or human waste.

We require a minimum 48 hour notice for all cancellations and reschedules.
