This depends on your lifestyle, budget and cleaning needs. We recommend weekly or bi-weekly to maintain a consistently clean and healthy home.

Weekly is best for high traffic homes, those with pets, or for those who want to do little to no maintenance in between cleans.

Bi-weekly is best for low traffic homes, those with no pets (or pets that don’t shed, like standard poodles), or for those who want to do some maintaining in between cleans.

Monthly is best for very low traffic homes, no pets, and for those who want to maintain the cleanliness of their own home between our visits.

Yes, we assign the same trusted cleaner or team to your home unless you request otherwise.

The time needed depends on the size of your home, the condition, and the type of service you choose. When we provide a quote, we always include a clear time estimate — so you know exactly what to expect.

We use a variety of natural, non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products, including Better Life. All of the products we use are free from sulfates, phosphates, phthalates, parabens, VOCs, SLS, SLES, petroleum solvents, dyes, synthetic fragrances, and endocrine disruptors. If you have any specific products you would like for us to use, please let us know.

Not at all. Many of our clients aren’t. You can provide entry instructions and we’ll handle the rest, just as if you were there. And if you work from home, we keep noise to a minimum so we do not disturb you.

For the most efficient and effective clean, we ask that you please pick up any personal belongings before we arrive.

A routine clean covers the basics to keep your home tidy and maintained. A deep clean goes further, tackling built-up grime in hard-to-reach areas like baseboards, and detailed scrubbing throughout the home. You can see the key differences in our checklist here.
