The time needed depends on the size and condition of your home. When we provide a quote, we always include a clear time estimate — so you know exactly what to expect.

We use a variety of natural, non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products, including Better Life. All of the products we use are free from sulfates, phosphates, phthalates, parabens, VOCs, SLS, SLES, petroleum solvents, dyes, synthetic fragrances, and endocrine disruptors. If you have any specific products you would like for us to use, please let us know.

Not at all. Many of our clients aren’t. You can provide entry instructions and we’ll handle the rest, just as if you were there. And if you work from home, we keep noise to a minimum so we do not disturb you.

Yes, we provide all of the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.

We do not offer carpet cleaning, biohazard cleaning, floor refinishing, cleaning electronics (televisions, computers, tablets), cleaning musical instruments, cleaning animal or human waste.

We require a minimum 24 hour notice for all cancellations and reschedules.
