At Ivory Pines Cleaning, we value your time and our team’s schedule. To provide consistent, high-quality service for all clients, we have the following policy regarding rescheduling and cancellations.
1. Standard Notice
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled cleaning appointment.
- Notices made within 48 hours of your appointment may be subject to a minimum $50 cancellation fee and up to 50% of your service cost.
- This allows us to reassign the time slot to other clients in need.
2. How to Cancel or Reschedule
You can easily manage your booking via your confirmation email, where you’ll find the Reschedule or Cancel link. Alternatively, contact our team directly at (919) 910-0195 or [email protected].
3. Recurring Services
- Any changes to a single visit should follow the 48-hour notice rule.
- Rescheduling one visit does not automatically change future appointments unless specifically requested.
- Price adjustments may apply: For example, if you are on a weekly schedule but reschedule a visit so that it falls two weeks after your previous clean, the bi-weekly rate will apply for that visit.
4. Fees
- Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your service cost.
- No-shows and lockouts are treated as late cancellations and will be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. A no-show or lockout occurs when our cleaning team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the premises, and we are unable to reach you.
